If your Logitech Revue fails to download and apply a system update, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that your Revue is connected to the network and can access the Internet.
- From the Google TV Home screen, go to Applications > Logitech Help Assistant.
- Select About my Revue > System Status > Network Status.
- If your Revue is not connected to your (wired or wireless) network and to the Internet, click on See more information and follow the troubleshooting steps.
- To reboot your Revue, unplug the power from the back and plug it back in or press Ctrl + Alt + DEL on your Keyboard Controller.
- Perform a system update. To do this, from the Google TV Home screen, go to Applications > Settings > About > System Updates.
